The student film fest hosted by the University Activities Commission Films Committee will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, in the Woodland Theater of the Davies Student Center.

This is the second of two annual UAC events that allow students to participate in the movie-making process. Films are produced in a 31-day time frame with the subject matter tied a specific theme. The theme for this year’s films is animals. The films range in length from 1 to 10 minutes, and students must also include a specific line of dialogue and prop to ensure the film was made within the 31 days.
